I finished cbse 10th this year .I am not much good in mathematics.which course would opt for me ?I'm interested in IT field.

In General,there are three main streams or groups after class 10th in India.

1.Biology (for medical aspirants)

2.Commerce

3.Humanities/Arts

First of all, start with identifying your core strengths and interests. Choose the stream that best matches your skills. When you follow the right path, you will surely embark on a prospective future ahead. Get a comprehensive knowledge about the available streams and then introspect yourself with respect to each field. This will help you decide the right stream for yourself.It is, however, evident that most students follow the crowd, leaving behind their true passions. Hence, in case you are planning to choose a stream just because your favorite buddy is going for it, then stop! Take a moment to have a second thought about your choice.Make sure to choose a stream that matches your own interest, potential, and ability.

Never underestimate yourself that you are weak in a particular area or a paricular subject. IT is a everbudding industry which offers ample jobs for those who are really interested in computer technology.Coming to your point, if you are not very much confident about yourself when it comes to mathematics,try opting a group which doesnot have mathematics and also opt a group which has Computer Science as the main subject. I recommend this because if you really want to enter ino the IT field , the basic requirements which a company might ask for is a bachelor's degree or sometimes even preferably master's degree in some cases.And just remember one thing,you can not opt for a course,which is completely void of mathematics.Even in your graduation level,you may have to study mathematics as one of your allied subjects. To enter into the IIT's,you are required to clear the JEE-main and Advanced,which obviously requires mathematics.

Finally, for your higher secondary, I suggest two ideas for you.Opt one of these two groups:

1.Computer Science,Physics,Chemistry,Mathematics (in case you are interested in other science subjects like physics and chemistry).

2.Compuer Science,Commerce,Accountancy,Economics(in case you are interested in commerce and accountancy).
