i finished my 11th studies in second attempt. since there shouldnt be no gap btw 11th n 12th. wil i be able to appear neet 2019?

You will elligible for NEET 2019. The eligibility criteria states that there has to be a continuous and regular study of PCB subjects. Since you have been studying the same, your second attempt in 11th standard is not considered as a gap year. I hope this answers your query.
