Hello Dear Student,
Yes, you can do your 12th through NIOS to fulfill board eligibility, but it will not reset your initial year of passing. For JEE Main, candidates must pass their qualifying examination in the current year or the two preceding years, tying your attempt window to your initial 2024 class 12th passing year.
