Cutoff for Tamil Nadu government medical colleges in 2018 have been 350 and above. This year (2019), there could be a hike in the cutoff for OBC category. Hence, for 287 government and self-financing Tamil Nadu colleges, are quite impossible.
But do not lose hope. You can try for Private colleges.
