I get 782 rank in gate 2020 in EC. Is there any possibility to get old IITs in OBC category?

Your rank is good so you can definitely get the old IITs. However remember that during admissions, score in GATE examination is considered not the rank as the GATE score validity is for 3 years for IITs and students carrying previous years score cards also apply for IITs.
