I get 96 percentile in jee main and 91 percent in C.B.S.E. board and I belong to OBC category without MH domicile will I get COEP?

First of all congratulation for performing well in your exams. College of engineering pune is the top college of pune and 2nd best in maharashtra. Sorry to say but your JEE MAINS and C.B.S.C will not help you to get into COEP. First of all you need to write MHCET to get into college. As far as domicile is concerned, there will be no issue to get into COEP for outsiders as there are some seats reserved for them, but you need to take care as you will have to score more than others.
- TYPE A: students passing from SSC and HSC from maharashtra and is either born in maharashtra or is domicile of maharashtra.
- TYPE B: student who is not TYPE A but whose father or mother are domicile in maharashtra.
- TYPE C: student who is not TYPE A and TYPE B and whose one of parents is employee of govt of india and is currently posted in maharashtra
- TYPE D: student whos is not of TYPE A or B or C ans whose one parent is employee in maharashtra
- TYPE E: student who is not TYPE A or B or C or D.
I think you fall into TYPE E.
