Congratulations for getting such good marks. As you got 98.048 percentile in January Session, your expected rank will be 16,963. At this rank, you can get into NITs such as NIT Surathkal, Duragpur (also comes under your home state quota), Kurukshetra, Andhra Pradesh, Rourkela.
In case of admission to IITs, you need to appear for Jee Advanced. NTA hasn't released the cutoff, but you got 98.048 percentile which is really a remarkable score, so there's decent chances to qualify for Jee Advanced.
