i get allotment of college in neet counselling in 1st round of preference 1. can i take admission in preference 2 in second round?

hi,
if you have gotten allotted your preference 1 in the 1st round itself then you can't change it in the second round. if you had gotten 2nd or 3rd (for example) preference then you could have opted for upgradation in the second round to get your preferred college. but its not possible to get lower preference college . so you have to take that college .
