i got 100 marks in jee main and i am from up and sc category.can i get any college

Yes, you try your level best but many of the students gets 100 Mark's. so it depends on your rank and the percentile which you get! And you are saying that you were under SC category so u can get there is 60% of chance. Please try your level best and check the other colleges of engineering also.
