    Hello aspirant!

    I am sorry to tell you but with a general rank of 17000 and category rank lf 1000, you will not be able to get any campus, even if you belong to SC category. I think you should focus on some other entrance examination to get your desired course. I hope this information was helpful! I wish you all the very best!
