i got 120 marks in neet 2019 and i belong to sc caste

120 is not enough to get a government MBBS or BDS colleges. You may have qualified for NEET counselling. But getting a government college is not possible even with sc category.Atleast a marks of around 350 is needed for your category to get a government college for MBBS. Also this year the cutoffs may increase a little more than previous years.Try doing better next time.
