i got 120 marks in neet 2019 and i belong to sc caste

You may have just secured the qualifying marks to sit for counselling of neet exam.But its not possible to get a government MBBS or BDS colleges with this score. Atleast a safe score for sc category will be around 350+.Getting a private college is also a challenge for you under state quota. You may try for the management quota if you want and MBBS is your sole aim.
