I got 121 marks in Neet UG My AIR is 766628 ObC category Rank is 339956 will i get Admission in any private college for MBBS

Sorry to tell you but
121 marks us extremely low marks in neet
With this much marks you will not get a seat in any medical college not even in private medical colleges under state quota for your category i.e obc .
I suggest you to prepare again for neet and clear it next year with flying colours and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor.

As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With OBC category rank and 121 marks, you might not get any government college through All India quota or state quota. It will be difficult to even get private colleges.
I would suggest you to go for some other courses or you can prepare for NEET again next year.
