As you have mentioned that your neet score is 122 marks which are truly so less to get a government medical college for BHMS or BAMS or BDS or for veterinary courses.

If we look over previous year's cutoff, thenbtge cutoff for these courses are as follows :

BAMS : 440+ for Government colleges and 380+ for Private.

BHMS : 400+ for Govt Colleges and 350+ for Private Colleges

BDS: 450+ for Government colleges and 390+ for Private Colleges

Veterinary : 340+ for Government colleges and 280+ for Private Colleges.

Now, these cutoffs are too high according to your score. So, getting into a government or private medical college with 122 marks is almost impossible.

I have mentioned all these cutoffs for different courses assuming that you are a candidate under Unreserved category.
