Congratulations on scoring 131 marks in Jee 2019.
If you are OBC (Non-creamy layer) then chances are very high that you will get CS or ECE seat in some of the newly formed IIIT's and if you are not branch specific then you may also get a seat in some reputed NIT's as well as IIIT's(except IIITH).
According to the careers360 rank predictor, your General rank comes in between 22,000 to 32,000. Your category rank will be around 6329 - 7329.
Let me list the possibility of IIIT's according to your category and rank for CS and ECE:- (possibility from high to low)
IIIT Srinagar,
IIIT Sri City,
IIIT Kerala,
IIIT Kota,
IIIT Vadodara, and few more if you go for newly established ones.

Hopefully all NITs below NIT,Rourkela(All india NIT rank for ECE is 6) Electronics and Communication Engineering First Round closing rank 4849
Thank you sir ...Sir what about NIT warangal can I get ECE there with my OBC rank in 5-6 round.... anyhow?
Last year NIT warangal 7th round cutoff for ECE was
General 4299 and for OBC category rank 1405.

So....sir can u please tell me the top NITs in which I can get ECE by 7 round .....but sir it must be some of the top NIT only sir please sirAlso sir please tell me about the top IIIT in which I will get CSE,ECE easily considering about the bestest placements
You can Aim for IIIT vadodara CSE or even IT till last round or special round. When it comes to CSE in newly established IIIT's it always tops, also consider the fact that their own campus is under construction and they operate from GEC sector 28 Gandhinagar Gujrat
