Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 450 under AIQ & 430 under state qouta for Open Category.
You have even less chances to get any seat if you belong to any category under your state.
This Year The No. IF student which have Score above 480 marks are more then of last year. So getting seat is More difficult this year.
There are only 60k seats in India. In which 15% seats are under AIQ Qouta.
FOR getting seat in AIQ is Very Difficult if you are from state which have low no. Of College
You can Try for Paid management Seat in top Deemed Universities.

Please mention your category too .
Well if you are looking for government Medical college then i m really sorry to say but at your marks you wont get any government seat .
Neither in mbbs nor in bds.
Because133 is low marks to get admission in any Medical college.
Because for getting government seat you must need to score atleast 550 ++ marks for general category.
Also this year cutoff goes higher and varies.
But still you can try for the other Medical courses like bams, bhms etc you may get chance .
So you can try for the private sector only if you can .
Thankyou
All the best
No you have no chance to get the admission in MBBS in govt or private college. May you can get the donation or management seat but that can be difficult too due to such a low marks. But you have other career options too to opt for. You can go for the other courses where NEET marks are not required and you can get the admission easily. Go through the link below to know more about the other career options you have.
