i got 14000 rank in agriculture bsc.iam under obc(3br) can i get top most colleges

Hello student. 14,000 rank is a good one to get you seat . Since there is reservation, you have pretty good chances to get through. Yes, you have better chances to get top colleges. You have not mentioned any quota. If you have any quota, the chances might improve to a better extent. But, try applying for other colleges to be on safer side
