I guess... Yes you can... But maybe vellore campus is not possible... Maybe.. I am sure... But you can try at the time of counseling.

According to last year's cut off... You can get ece in vellore n but in Chennai you can most probably get Cse.
Umm... Bro I am preparing for jee advanced right now... I just know about these institutes because I check n I have researched about them a lot.. For myself. But now I am going get in iit. So I am only helping others who are in need of my help.
