No you cannot get a cse seat for your rank. .But there is another way that you can get seat in cse chennai that is through management quota.If you go through this option then you can get your desired seat in desired campus.conatc us on : enquire2019@gmail.com

You have slightly less score for CSE at VIT Vellore.You can get all other streams other than CSE at VIT Vellore.
Also if you want CSE ,you can join other campus like chennai and other.
