I got 155 marks in NEET in general category & I belongs to J&K.Please suggest me private MBBS Colleges outside the J&K state

Cheap private colleges will be filling higher rank students....you won't be getting any low fees private colleges. It would be better to drop and prepare for the next year.

With this score as a General category you will not have the good options in private colleges also.
