Dear Sir / Ma'm, with a score of 165, neither would you be able to get a seat in the 15% All India quota counselling nor in the 85% state quota counselling. Generally states have a lowe cut-off, more for the reserved category class, but with a score of 165, it won't be possible for you to get a seat in any medical college, unless it is a management quota seat in a private medical college (the chances of which are less) by paying a sky-high fees.
