I got 190 score for NEET UG 2019 and rank of 4lakh90thousand. what will be the fees for bds in karnataka category UR NRI.

Frankly, your score is very less for getting into a good government college. Even your ranking is very high. There are less chances of getting a seat even. I don't want to break your heart but this is true to some extent. If you want a private college, there may be some hope. And different colleges have different fee structure. That too not good ones. I know it sounds disheartening but don't lose hope. Try to score better grades. Hope for the best.

AS I see your marks in NEET UG 2019 you have very less chances of get Seat in Deemed Or Private Universities Colleges.
Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 450 under AIQ & 480 under state qouta for Open Category.
You have even less chances to get any seat if you belong to any category under your state.
This Year The No. IF student which have Score above 430 marks are more then of last year. So getting seat is More difficult this year.

There are only 24k seats in India. In which 15% seats are under AIQ Qouta.
FOR getting seat in AIQ is Very Difficult if you are from state which have low no. Of College
