I got 195 rank in BVP CET law BA LLB, will I get admission into the college?

Dear Aspirant, considering the last year's cut off for BVP your admission in the first counseling is not possible. But yes, you can opt for management quota if you want and wait for the waiting list because most likely there will be seats left at the end and hopefully you'll get yours. Good luck! But you can check out other good colleges as well under the same.
