I GOT 196.33 CUTOFF AND Im FROM OTHER STATE, CAN I GET QUALIFIED THROUGH MANAGEMENT PROCESS..AND BE CALLED FOR EXAM & INTERVIEW??

For interview i cant say but you can get qualified through management and ask to management cell abt it

Your cutoff is very good. But when it comes to other state, the criteria might be different. So contact the admission office and ask them about your query.
