i got 217 marks in neet 2020 out of 720 can i get admission in MBBS college in Karnataka state with in 10 lakhs per annum

I have 400 marks in NEET 2020 approx, I wants to take admission in MBBS college any where in india (General cat , and Female candidate from Rajasthan) is it possible fee less than 10 Lakh per annum ? please suggest state also if possible
