I got 21824 rank in SC category.Is there any chances for NIT and IIIT?

Sorry , hard luck.The chances are minimum that you can get any NIT or IIT . But definitely you can try your luck in spot counselling for colleges other than NITs and IITs accepting jee mains score like HBTU, Thapar university etc.All the best.
