I got 225 marks. My cast was st. Can I hope for bvsc? And when was the counciling through neet and eamcet

The admission/ Counselling for 15% quota seats will be conducted by AIPVT on the basis of NEET score, The rest of seats (85%) will be filled through state level entrance exam.
With this NEET score the chance seems less to get a seat in 15% quota seats for Veterinary programme.
