i got 124 marks did i qualified for NEET and my cast was OC [general] and their is no reservation

As per the neet cutoff for 2019 , you are not qualified because for general the cutoff is 134(50 percentile). For more details about 2019 cutoff you can check out the following link.

you are under general category the qualify marks for the last year was 119 .according to the last year cut off marks you are able to qualify the NEET-UG examination
