I got 256 marks in neet 2019 can I get any private mbbs coll. In state mp councelling plez suggest me.

256 is a low marks for neet. You won't get any government MBBS or BDS colleges with this score. Also this year the cutoffs will increase a lot.Getting a private college with this marks is also tough.You can check the previous year cutoffs of various colleges to get better idea. Else you should try for the management quota to get mbbs seat.
