I got 269 marks in NEET what can I do now?? And I'm from general category

269 is a low score. The cut off marks for General Category students is usually 550 and more for All India Quota counselling and 500 and more for State quota counselling. A score of 269 therefore, becomes very low for admission in medical courses in government colleges. You can try for admission through management quota but that will require higher fees and donation. Or you can take a break of one year and give NEET 2020 with proper preparation. Or you can change your field and find another science graduation courses.
