Dude admission depend on your score, your state and your category as well
But score of 275 is low for candidate to get admission in govt college.

275 marks are less to get a govt . Medical seat. But you may have chances to get a private seat or you can get a seat through management quota. Or otherwise you have an option of Drop.

275 score is unfortunately not enough to get any medical seat. You can try for private medical colleges or try again next year.
