Dear you got 284marks in NEET this year and you belongs to the MBC quota and you want to get admission in the BDS in Tamil Nadu. You just make top 10 prior list of your colleges whatever you want to get admission in in the BDS
Just go for the first counselling if you not get admission then go for the second one.
