I got 288 marks in neet 2019 i got admission in mbbs in self.?

See the marks u have scored in the NEET exam is too low for u to bag a seat in any of the govt college or private institution ( govt seats ) to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under MBBS courses. I'm sorry but you cannot get a seat in any government or deemed college with this score. Though, you can try for private medical colleges but then the fees would be way too much. This score is too less to get a government seat and there is a lot of competition around.
