Hello aspirant,
I am assuming that you have a domicile of telangana from your profile. So you may apply for the colleges in puducherry or Tamil nadu via all India quota counselling.
Well talking about puducherry, you won't be able to get admission in a government medical college there because the cutoff for even state quota is expected to go about 540. And same for Tamil nadu, the all India quota cutoff is 520.
I am sorry to say but you won't be able to get admission in these two states.
