i got 33000 rank in AIR NEET 2018 and in general category i got 19000 AIR. Will i get seat in MBBS ?

All India counselling for 15% seats leaves no real choice for you
Your only hope is to the 85% state quota seats which can get you into Medical College even if not among the decent of the high ranked once in your state in the last or subsequent mopping round of counselling

Sorry in all India counselling it is not possible , even though through state counselling it has very low chance.
Attend state counselling and hope for best.
