I got 340 marks in NEET 2019 I belong to general category .can I get any medical collage for mbbs or bams too

As you stated that you belong to general category, with this marks it is not possible for you to get admission in any government College for MBBS or BDS courses. For that you would require around 550+ to be on the safe side. Also getting a government BAMS college will be very difficult because for government BAMS college, a marks of around 420+ is required.
