Since this year they cutoffs have gone high the chances of you to get a seat in government medical college or dental college is very low being from OC category. You can try for management quota ,where you can join in without any donations. The chances are low but you can still give yourself a chance. I would suggest you to mention the rank so that we can help out better.
Otherwise give yourself a year more, work hard and grab the seat. You can register from CTSE exam conducted by careers360 where you can get upto 100% scholarship and win other rewards.
