The chances of getting a government seat with 493 marks are very low, as most government colleges require at lease 500+ marks, even considering your category and state quota. You do have a high chance of being waitlisted with your score, with a less chance of getting a seat. Don't get disheartened though, as you might get veterinary or bds seats of lower ranks
