I got 343 in 2019 neet.l have obc and rural quota .Is it any possibilities to get esic medical or dental?

Given that, you are from obc(non-creamy) and have a domicile there is a possibility that cut-off ranks will go low this year, and you might have a chance to seep in for the BDS courses. That is, a bleak chance for dental studies.
At this marks MBBS is tough in any govt college, and given you have aimed at ESIC, this marks has fallen short of your MBBS dreams.
