Hello Aspirant,
Your score is too low for a general category student to fetch a seat in padmavathi medical college , as its previous year's Cutoffs for a local general category student was 477 Marks ,
Don't loose hope as the Cutoffs changes every year, I suggest you to attend all the phases of counselling and try your luck ,
