Their can be little chance in state qouta . Generally up till 2000 to 2500 rank only seats are alloted in any state.

Rajasthan has 6 govt. Colleges so you are having more chance than me as a rajasthan state domicile perhaps...
as i studied in haryana from 9 to 12 can i also participate in haryana counseling
As much as i know you can only participate in haryana councelling not in rajasthan the state from where you done your 11 , 12 matters
