I got 364 mark ND state rank of 7460 Telangana iam from SC caste .....can I get any chance of mbbs in any of the clg .

In 2018, the MBBS cut-offs for Government medical colleges for SC candidates under the 85 percent state quota were between 393 and 443. If the same trend continues, then you do not have a chance to secure a seat in a governmnent medical college.
For Private Medical colleges the cut off ranged between 342 to 400. So you might have a chance in private medical colleges.

AK 364 marks you will not get any Government Medical College in in Telangana and you can get the following private medical colleges

• Kamineni Institute of Med. Sci., Narketpally
• S.V.S. Medical College, Mahaboobnagar

Hope this helps and be sure that the cutoff this year will rise because of the exam being easier than the last year and students are performed well in the exam. Although it is not sure how much the cutoffs will rise but according to the last year cut off the above colleges closed at about 342 to 345 marks
