I got 37 marks in entrance of p.u. ba.ll.b entrance and 76.9%in 12 class .total is 75.45 what's the chances of admission.

The total does not come out to be 75.45, it will be 56.95.
As 50% weightage is given to each score- Class 12th boards exams and entrance. 50% of each score will ne added for the combined score which is 50% of 76.9 ie 38.45. And 50% of 37 ie 18.5. Hence combined score is 56.95.
Considering this chances seem less for Chandigarh a little less. There might be chances for regional centres. But this year the scores of entrance has remained low a more accurate estimate can be made after the final ranks after combined scores is out. So you should wait for that.
