I had got 14.5 total marks in just exam did i got admission in jammu university in BA LLB my 12 class percentage is 83.4%.

83.4% percentage in 10+2 board examinations or 12th board exams or Higher Secondary examinations is comparatively a good score and can help you secure a seat in many colleges. However the competition is very tough and a huge number of students take the entrance exams, so it is always tough to get a seat. If you get called for counselling, you must go and attend.
