As per the marks that you have mentioned I would like to tell you that your chances are quiet low as your marks are too less to get you a seat in government medical college as last year least marks to secure a seat was 473 marks from your category under state quota. Talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
