I got 378 in neet 2019 .my father is an ex serviceman. Can i get an mbbs seat in all india counselling.

Ex Setvicemen Quota is not available at All India Quota Counselling. It id only available at State Counselling and he % ranges from 1-3 depending on the State you belong to. So though you have Ex Servicemen Quota, if you want to apply under All India Quota, you can avail your Category Reservation like General Category, OBC, SC,ST. You havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, 378 is a very less score for All India Quota. You may have to try it in State Counselling.
