Firstly, with 37844 rank. Don't think of getting govt college. You can try for colleges like : GL BAJAJ, IPEC, IMS, ITS, NIET, GNIOT, IEC, ACCURATE, HRIT etc.

My gen rank of btech agriculture is 1586 and SC rank is 123 so suggest me best government college in up for admission plzzz
