I got 382 marks in neet phase 2..my sc rank being 1784....percentile is 93.43305.....plz tell my chances?

Can we change our college preferences after 1st round councelling...or before the start of 2nd round councelling ??? Or our 1st round prefernce series will go on repeat in Second councelling also
