i got 382613 rank,but i didn't get a seat in obc category but 450000 candidate got a seat in obc category.how is that possible????

The seat he got would definately be because he would have have some other minority quota along with obc quota.Also the seat maybe in a private college which you did not fill in your choices or your preference for that college was low and his preference for that college was very high.It is quite uncommon for mistake to happen in counselling process
