If a candidate got a seat in Karnataka in AIQ and if he didn't register in KEA, can he get a seat there?

Dear student, if a candidate has registered for all India quota seats and not the state counselling in Karnataka, then he can only bag the seats in Karnataka medical colleges, if he clears the all India cutoff according to the official information. If you wish to register for the state counseling, you can do so for the second round of counselling.
